Owner Hillary Lake has spent her career bringing people together through food and service. With a background in social work and culinary education, she has always believed that a meal can create connection, inclusion, opportunity, and lasting memories.

Before opening Hillary's Chicago Pizza, Hillary developed a successful food truck concept and spent years teaching culinary skills at the North Florida School of Special Education. Those experiences shaped a simple mission:
